New feature - QR-Code for sharing link

Hi,
I've developed a small addon to display a qrcode, generated by mecard.eu for sharing links (images attached).

After reading your guidelines at http://owncloud.org/contribute/ <http://owncloud.org/contribute/>  I'm unsure if it's ok to create a merge request without asking you before.
Is there any interest in general?

I don't understand..in the comment of the pull request, you promised
you would be using javascript instead of an external server.
How come are we back to the external server??

take a look at the ownclouds Shorty app:
it offers QRCodes for sharing and uses the the mentioned phpqrcode
library.

Sorry for alle the confusion. I sent this mail before I've created the the pull request but it was in moderation queue and probably it got released now.

And yes, I've changed it to qrcodejs and it's added to Milestone OC7. No calls to external backends.
